One of the things that makes Not A Drama’s training so realistic is effective scripting.
We meet with you in advance to discuss exactly what your company’s needs and issues are. We use this information to create an actor brief that covers:
Recent events in your business and market
The sort of personality their character is likely to have
Industry jargon
People and companies whose names they should know
And a lot more. While the actors don’t have a formal script, they need a detailed background within which to improvise.
Actor briefs usually run to 16 pages or more, so they can maintain extreme realism over a long meeting simulation.
